1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Bumper Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website, services, and any physical furniture products purchased from us.
By accessing the site or placing inquiries, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All design plans, CAD layouts, furniture drawings, custom concrete formulas, product photography, website structures, text, graphics, and code on the website are the exclusive proprietary property of Bumper Studio and are protected by European copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
No part of Bumper Studio's furniture designs or brand assets may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed for commercial purposes without our express prior written consent.
3. Material Variance & Handcrafted Nature
Please note that Bumper Studio designs and crafts premium brutalist furniture using raw concrete and heavy organic canvas. By purchasing our objects, you accept that:
- Concrete is subject to color variations, surface air holes (voids), minor micro-fissures, and surface texture patterns resulting from the timber molds. These are not defects but structural qualities.
- Canvas is a natural loom fiber and may contain color variations, fiber knots, and slight changes in tension under varying environmental humidity levels.
- Bumper Studio offers a 25-year structural guarantee on the cast concrete core frames, excluding superficial wear and tear or improper physical load.
4. Delivery, Liability & Heavy Shipping
Our furniture objects are heavy physical masses. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address has adequate structural access (door frame clearance, load capacities, elevator clearances, floor strength) to receive these objects.
Bumper Studio is not liable for structural damage, delivery failures, or third-party carrier delays resulting from insufficient space, structural limitations, or inaccurate site accessibility reports.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
Any dispute, legal action, or claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Court of Amsterdam (Rechtbank Amsterdam), Netherlands.
